(part of the die aging process) The reverse will never have a DDR on the incuse devices on the reverse. These enlargement are caused by Machine Doubling on incuse devices. (Enlarges the devices with the Machine Doubling on incuse devices. Only raised devices will show the enlarging of the devices on a doubled die) But the Doubled Dies on these quarters will be on the central areas of the design on both sides of the designs.
