Hello everyone newbie here needing help with this mint mark coin. I think it's a D/P but I could be wrong, I could use some more eyes on this one please!

looks like a zinc bubble at the mint mark, that is, a corroding coin

Dimples,

OMM's stopper in 1955 so it can't be that. Also,it is not an RPM. It is split copper plating/zinc rot.
