If they really want to develop this market, RCM should arrange with PCGS or NGC to grade them, and offer the PR70's and 69's at varying premiums.

I'm a buyer of the non first strikes and like the way they are doing it now. First strikes and non first strikes don't necessarily translate to PR70's and 69's. I like the non slabbed coins and the difference between the 4900th coin and the 5100st coin would be negligible

How many people are going to pay $10 more for the first strike? You are really just paying for the packaging. I hate these marketing gimmicks. The prices will probably converge in the aftermarket.
