Does anyone else collect mint rolls? And if so, how do you store them? I currently have one VERY heavy bankers box. Every time I lift it up I wonder if the bottom is going to fall out.

I don't have many mint rolls, but I keep my hoard of nickels in rolls which I store in large coffee cans. Two layers pack in pretty well in a circular pattern. If the cans are stainless steel I don't think there should be any reaction with the paper, but I guess some sort of liner could be used. Each one weighs about 30 lbs loaded.
