Which standard do you want used, Canadian or US?
Canadian standards are tougher than US standards by anywhere from a half a grade to a full grade.

The pics aren't clear enough to grade accurately by Shelton scale

The coin on the right in the obverse pic has wear, thus worth face value.
The coin on the left in the reverse pic is worn and worth face value.
That's all that can be determined pending better images.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
