The Krause book does list an 1860/50 variety, which this appears to be. I am not 100% sure, however, because the evidence is only barely visible with a 10x loupe.
Opinions?

I would say the "flag" on the upper left of the 6 is a telltale marker I see on many 6/5 overdates.
Not to mention, I see other evidence of a 5--arrows. I also see something in the 0. We would be more certain with an overlay--got an example of the 5 used?

Just eyeballing that pic, I think there's a pretty good chance!
Nice how the lower ball of the 5 appears to show inside the 6.

I took it one step further--I used that coin you linked to and made an overlay.
I think there's a lot to suggest the 6/5--quite a bit lines up to my eyes.
