Reverse cuts and spotting hold this to MS-63RD, perhaps 64.

Nice coin. The obverse pic appears to be an enlarged, highly compressed image--details are somewhat 'watery'. I'm thinking the coin likely falls in the MS60-62 range. Sharp picks might alter that assessment.

lighting could be masking any marks on the coin. there a couple pretty good digs on RI in AMERICA. I'm betting the eye appeal is not that great. cannot determine luster due to the glare. the photos may have been altered. spotting across surfaces on both sides will affect eye appeal.

I'm going with MS62 unsure of color
