Coin appears; Off Center, doubling, faint strike through at the top through 'of', noticeable raised dots throughout especially on bridge of nose and beard and end of 'trust, and above 'we', 'liberty' has vertical slashes L E T, doubling and additional line beside I and B, and the bottom of coin shows best of possible ridges stamped. The weak OF is an area on the Lincoln series that is a weak spot. The rest is just common marks and staining. Just an average zincoln. Report this Post to the Staff
Dearborn Moderator United States 97084 Posts	Posted 04/18/2023 7:32 pm I'm not seeing any off center on this coin - that much looks normal raised 'dots' could be just zinc bubbles - very common on zinc cent coins. Not seeing any doubling with the images provided - close ups are needed for that. But it could be MD, DDD, of perhaps real doubling. The 'OF' on the reverse is weak due to the obverse design of the bust of Lincoln. It takes up more of the metal to form the bust and does not allow enough metal to fill the reverse design.
