My older brother gave me this when I was a child.
my family ate Cheerios back than

I want to know if this is a regular SACAGAWEA or from the CHEERIOS PROMOTION.
I went to https://www.PCGS.com to look at their pics to see the difference problem is my eyes can't see the difference between their pics much less my own coin

Welcome. Although the images are not optimal, it looks to be a regular "NON-PATTERN" REVERSE (REVERSE OF 2000) rather than the cheerios "PATTERN" REVERSE (REVERSE OF 1999) as explained in this link. Photos are included to show the pattern on the tail feathers to look for as well as the die polish marks on the obverse that I dont see on the coin posted. http://www.smalldollars.com/dollar/page20c.html

Not a Cheerios, as noted above, just a regular Sacagawea dollar.

Photography skills need some work too - you have to have the coin IN FOCUS. Make sure the phone and the coin are in parallel, not tilted. You probably want to rest the phone on a stack of books or something like that to steady it.
