I inherited a fair sized collection of US, Canada, and world coins, which included a number of commemorative issues. I've attached photos below. I don't know anything about these, and really do not have much interest in these types of coins.

Would greatly appreciate if knowledgable collectors could scan these images and advise if there's anything of potential interest or value to anyone. If so, would it make sense to advertise and sell them together?

Many thanks.

khunchang, the first five are tokens produced during the US Civil War to make up for a shortage of small cents.
The 6th one is a medallion: "The Great Central Fair was held from June 7 to June 28, 1864 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was a Sanitary Fair organized by the US Sanitary Comission. Its purpose was to raise funds for the support of wounded Union Soldiers."
The next two appear to be campaign tokens for Abraham Lincoln and U.S. Grant.
The final one is a "spiel marke", or play money manufactured in Germany for export to the US.
For values, please check ebay.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

What you have are Civil War Tokens. CW Tokens are very collectible! There is definitely value with your tokens. I'm not sure how but, you will need a knowledgeable Civil War Token collector to sell these to. I would buy them all but, I'm sure they're over my price range for right now. I see that your new to CCF. Just be patient and you'll find a buyer for these.

Many thanks for all the responses. I know that holed coins (of any kind) have significantly impaired value. I'm not a collector of commemoratives and tokens, but perhaps the fact that they are mostly Civil War era will make it easier to bundle them together to sell.
