Found in the street, worth a buck and a half, at least, based on past sales. Slightly smaller than a quarter and larger than a nickel. Made 1991-2004.

That is a fun find in the wild. I'll bet collectible to both token collectors and Pokemon collectors.

An interesting relic, from the brief window of time after the popularization of the Internet, but before the time that arcade tokens become obsolete.

Thanks for sharing. Yes namco had a few of them, two more of them here for example https://en.numista.com/catalogue/in...&ct=exonumia

Namco produced several multi-million-selling game franchises, such as Pac-Man, Galaxian, Tekken, Tales, Ridge Racer, and Ace Combat among them. It operated video arcades and amusement parks globally, and also produced films, toys, and arcade cabinets and operated a chain of restaurants. Its successor, Bandai Namco Entertainment, and its subsidiaries continue to use the Namco brand for their video arcades and other entertainment products.

Those who are a bit older tend to remember going to the arcades with fondness, and of course tokens were a part of that so perhaps lots of collectors and game enthusiasts out there grabbing some pieces from their past, but these dont currently hold any major value at this time. I found a flagship car wash token thats still in business but no longer using the tokens as an example selling for more, like $4 or so the other day in the wild from a coinstar.
