1983 P Jefferson Nickel Error? - Coin Community Forum

I come from Germany and unfortunately could not find anything about it on the Internet. Is this a known error? What is the value? Report this Post to the Staff

From what I see, it can be one of 2 things. 1. an off center strike - but not enough to put a premium on it, OR, 2. a MAD Strike - Mis-Aligned Die, a strike that only one side is not centered.
