Really Coinfrog? I'm not anywhere close to an F-15. Maybe a 10. I hardly see any feathers and the date is smooshed. Is that a Numis word?

Guessing seller pics? They're horrible for accurately judging. Mismatched dies in this one, reverse being later die state. In a bad day, VG, but I'm leaning F12, Details, reverse wheelmark (can be seen through FIVE, field K7-K9, and through USofA)
