I probably took a gamble when I bought this one....
The original pictures on the listing were not that great but now that I have it in hand it looks a lot different.
I originally bought it because I noticed that the denticles on the reverse looked super sharp and I figured it would grade out to at least an XF40, thoughts?

I'd say VF-35. Hard to say if the surfaces are original or if there is too much light in the photo.

I'm okay with a weak XF40.

Very close to XF sharpness, but surface preservation drops it to VF35 for me.

not sure about the surface originality due to lighting and shadowing. I'm also at XF40. the 94(O) are known for weak strikes. some of what we are seeing is strike related. not sure 100% that it would grade straight without better photos. all of your shots are at an angle which doesn't help

Your photos definitely show her damage and not what you might have been expecting, from the sellers photos.

I'm in consensus with the XF40. There might be a VAM on her someplace but, inspecting for those gives me a headache.

Hmm, now that you mention that it might have a VAM, Ive noticed that the mint mark does look kind of skewed.

It looks like it could be a VAM-1A but it would be too circulated to tell if it has those die polish lines in LIBERTY.

Any help?
