weak bottom of the bust. slight weakness on top of head. I only see a few spots. all the 67's I'm seeing are fully struck and do not have any spots. MS66 maybe a +

66+rd sounds about right to me, typical water spots on what appears to be a pretty flawless coin. Zincolns for ya.
