While going through my latest haul of pennies, one coin made a different sound. It is a 1989. Out of curiosity I weighed it. It weighs in at 2.00 grams. Typical weight should be 2.5 grams. Is it possible that it was struck on a wrong planchette?

I can't figure out how to do it. I followed the tutorial and made the file size as small as possible and it still says it is too big. Sorry. I struggle with technology. #128542;
It could be a planchet from the Dominican Republic 1 centavo. They are the same diameter as the Canadian 1 cent and weigh 2.0g. This coin was minted in the RCM in Winnipeg as was the Canadian coin. It was minted only up to 1987 though, so the planchet would of had to be lying around the mint for a year or so. Maybe mint worker sport.
