Coin Error On Reverse Of Penny (1978 D)

So again I ran across a penny that I received as change and took a look at the reverse. Has an indention or something like it. Just cant find any examples to word and loom for online.take a look and let me know where to look or what hey words to stay so I can review. Thanks. * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark to Title.
