What is this diagonal line on the right upper side of the D mint-mark on this 58D LMC

A Die Gouge or RPM? Doesn't match anything on Chuck's site for a 58D RPM.

I have been on this forum for quite awhile and I know that Chuck gets it right most of the time. And those few times he hasn't he has come back and admitted it. Normally if he isn't sure of something he either doesn't reply or if he does he admits he isn't sure and posts what it possibly could be.
