Hey

Would anyone like to recommend a couple books I should buy? I am ordering from this website, so if you could name some on this website that would be great. I am interested in coin and paper money books.

Thanks

This is the website: http://www.brent-krueger.com/index.html
If someone knows a better place to order from, let me know.

I find all the best books at my nearby Border's Bookstore. They have a great selection of both paper money and coin guides/books, have good prices and don't charge shipping! They also have a rewards club!

Since you were not specific about what you are interested in, I can only recommend general reference books-

A Guide Book of United States coins 2009 Red Book 62nd Ed.(obviously)
Official ANA Grading Standards 6th Ed./ANA
The Expert's Guide to Collecting & Investing In Rare Coins/Bowers (covers many different topics and quite educational)
Coin Collector's Survival Manual 6th Ed./Travers (have not read but I have heard good things about it)
Official Red Guide Book of United States Paper Money 2nd Ed./Friedberg

Brent Krueger is a good site, you might also want to check out Wizard Coin Supply

As I always say when people ask those kind of questions. That is sort of like asking who should I marry, what car should I buy, what should I have for breakfast.
What I mean is when you ask something like that you'll get answers from what others like, need or want. Your ideas may differ greatly from the ones that recommend something.
I would suggest you go to the Whitman Web site and just browse what they have. Also, try to find a coin store or book store that has coin books and look through them. If there is a coin show in your area, also go there and look at what is available.
You may want a book or books on something that no one else cares about or you may well just want the same one everyone has.
Like I said this is a difficult question unless we all know exactly what you are interested in, want, need, looking for, etc. That is why you should make your own decisions on that subject.
