Hello,
The President's head seems to be a little too close to the right side of the coin.
On the reverse side, the U in the word Pluribus on the right side of the torch seems to be missing or very faint. The first U in Unum is faint.
Am I just seeing things?
Thank you kindly for your help.

No you are not seeing things. This coin was struck with a slightly mid-aligned die. These are collectible when some of the design elements start to fall off the edge. Also, some letters may not have been fully struck due to a little grease in the die.

it's a MAD or Mis-Aligned Die strike. The weakness on the devices could be due to reduced pressure as the obverse die was positioned slightly over the collar as the coin was struck.
