Bessie Coleman Error On Her Face? (2023 Quarter)

jfr4b57 New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 05/03/2023 1:03 pm I found a 2023 D Bessie Coleman quarter with what appears to be die chips on her face. Specifically underneath her right eye. But, being inexperienced in identifying the cause of such an anomaly I'm not sure what it is. Please help me with understanding whatever error or damage it is. * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title.
