I've been a member for awhile; but, have only tried to post once or twice a few years back. I've been reading posts and trying to learn from everyone for a number of years. I'm still a newbie tho and have so many coins I'd love to get everybody's opinions on. As I get better at capturing images; you'll see me posting more and more. Right now, I received this 2009 $20 Bill from ATM a couple days ago and noticed this Star on upper right side of Obverse & to the right of USA. I was curious if this is an error or just something somebody could have stamped on it for some reason or another. How can one distinguish if this is an error or PMD? Also, is that an ink smear error on Obverse or PMD? I'd like to thank everyone a head of time that replies to my post. God bless. Report this Post to the Staff
