Very unusual denomination for a South Korean coin: 15,000-Won.

Gold 15,000-Won Yeosu International Exposition commemorative

There is only one other S. Korean commemorative coin (soccer player design) that has this same 15,000-Won denomination.

Mintage: 3,700.
