this is a 2006 Coin error I Believe ? is it a Cud ? I am Still not 100 % what a Cud is , and with what would you list this coin ? 2006 RCE ? reverse coin error ? I have not seen this yet in a 2006 penny

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to. You surely don't show a Cud though, because a Cud by definition is always on the rim of a coin. That tiny anomaly at the top of the space between columns? Could be a plating bubble, a tiny die chip or a little bit of damage, not an error though.
