I got a letter from the US Mint to do an online survey conducted by NAXION. They've done this in the past I think. I filled it out online. There were a few places where you can type comments. My biggest complaint was saying quality control is lacking with fining, pits, dings in some non circulating products.

I think I have gotten that before. I put similar comments - mostly QC related on uncirculated coins, but also website issues, and lack of very much new and interesting at a decent price.

Yes they were seeking people to fill out the survey online back in February (ended Feb 20) which I posted to Dearborn and others at the time suggesting to add their feedback they were posting on the forum about their mint product purchase experiences/any gripes.
https://www.coinnews.net/2023/02/03...earch-study/ After that I also got one like you in the mail from the mint which means at least certain purchases or returns triggered them to also send it by mail. Some people get invited later to participate in a group to make recommendations on mint products. Here is one example of that: https://www.coinworld.com/news/us-c...roducts.html
