Hi , I am new to coins after selling some for someone else and found it really interesting.
I have this coin and after trawling the net for hours can't identify. I first thought it was a penny, then possibly a token and now maybe even Roman.

On the reverse it says what I'm almost positive is MARCH10X11, it's really tiny and on the left under her feet.
The other letters I can make out are A M O E and what looks like either SO or SC. I'm not sure if it's Britannia on the reverse as I can't find any pictures with the left arm in this position.
Probably not worth anything but it's driving me mad trying to find out what it is and I daren't clean it.
Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

Reminds me of Spanish 1870 series. The largest one was a 10 centimos piece.
