dont know anything about this coin so i'll just stick to grading it.

AU58 or MS63RD. light glare makes it difficult to see high points of devices. steps and area below them as well as light chatter on the shoulder are very typical of LMC's and are more die related

For me, the multiple scratches hold it to MS-62, unsure if RD or RB.
