2023 D Penny With A VDBv

Hello I was sent here by the guy that found the 2023 Philadelphia Penny with the VDBV to ask about the 2023 D with a VDBV. I found it and a few others similarly with a V next to the B but also found them where they are in the Philadelphia..here I will share the 2023 D and am open to hearing any feedback. Originally when I found it I put it on ebay but pulled it when I realized that when they said look at your 2023 pennies..they meant Philadelphia no mint mark ones..but these were from a $25 box from the mint to the bank to me 2500 Denver minted 2023 pennies..and I found this VDBV.. someone me ask me How it was possible..

I said the how it was possible was explained in a Mike Diamond article..now these 2023 pennies are new and the article is rather new as was that Philadelphia discovery so..if the article is accurate one would expect to find them in other minted pennies from other mints if..the master hub used in Philadelphia was also used for Denver working hubs..also found yet another where the extra V is adjacent to the B on a couple of Denver's out of that box but want to show the one that looks like similar to the Philadelphia for feedback
