1994 D Penny Bigger Than Others

I have this 1994 d penny that does weigh 2.5 grams but is easily larger than normal. Measuring it shows about 1/10 cm larger end to end but actually looks and seems even bigger as when u put the " brown penny on top of the grey penny u can still see the grey one easily .
But if u put the grey one on top it totally hides it.

Error? Or ....
