How many keyboards did you wear out with all that typing?
Only two. Thanks all

Hmm.. 25K per keyboard. Something to watch out for.

Between coffee or beer spills (depending on the time of day) my keyboards typically haven't had long lives. Though, I have to admit my current keyboard has survived a couple misadventures the past few years, so I guess the electronics in them are better protected nowadays...

For what it is worth, I am on my third laptop (all Dell) in the time I have spent on CCF. Joined in 2007 with my then current Windows XP machine. I got a new one with Windows 7 in 2011 and then a new one with Windows 10 in 2020. I have gone through more mice than keyboards.

A mouse requires too much effort - I use a trackball.
