The raised 6 is not unusual at all.
Since 10's of millions of these notes are printed at a high rate if speed, slight irregularities can be expected.

I don't see the feature that your other comment is about.

Bottom Line: You note is worth $1.

Personally, I'm having a hard time taking some of these questions seriously.

That is a well circulated bill, worth face value.

A lot of these posters on paper money need to realize, that most collectors that are serious, prefer higher grade notes. Well circulated notes really dont draw attention unless its Very Rare.

The stuck digits like this one where part of the digit is actually truncated (missing) or part of the adjacent next number on the wheel might even be seen can have some desirability and value. Even then condition will determine how much so. http://goccf.com/t/435631 The minor stuck digit aka gas pump errors since it resembles pricing on the older non digital gas pumps, where it is only a bit raised is a cool find and popular with beginner collectors and so they sell for a bit over face value sometimes on places like ebay, but at the level this one is at its more of a spender to most since its not rare unless its missing part of the number or you see the next number.
