I tried researching these. Still can't distinguish between partial collars and broadstrikes. I'm guessing the former. The reverses look pretty normal.

Looks like MAD strikes on these coins. Pretty cool that 2 nickels 6 years apart, from different mints have it in the same location.

They are MAD and just off enough for a small premium,IMHO.
