I find all post-silver coins very difficult to grade but here goes. With magnification, I see a fair number of little nicks, particularly on the reverse - for this reason I was say that it's not mint state. On the other hand, there's relatively little wear on the highest points. Somewhere in the AU range?

Though, to be honest, this just looks like a quarter to me. I would use it to buy a coffee or something!
