please help me for this coin Id., approx. 17.2 grams, 32mm diameter. On reverse there is 3 elefants. Era?! Emperor...?

This is a bit difficult to ID, not much detail to go by. This is more a guess than not but from what I can make out it could be AS of the Faustina II 128-175 AD. She was the daughter of the emperor Antoninus and wife of the Emperor Marcus. In any event if not her it's still and ancient Roman coin circa 2nd century.
