Progressive Strike Thru On 6 Coins? (2023 Cents)

I am thinking they are a series of strike thru coins but I am not certain. Can anyone lend their expertise? Thanking you in advance. * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title.
