I can't tell if the lighter spot below the earlobe is raised or not.

Even if it's raised it's probably not going to be able to be distinguishable from a zinc blister with the coin in this condition.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
