Here's a 2020 D penny with a backwards 'J" in the 2nd '0' of the 2020 date. What are your thoughts on this error?

if the J is flat, then a stain of some sort, if raised, it's more interesting and could be a die chip, but die chips are usually not so smooth

I did try to see if it would come off with a toothpick and I also gave it an acetone soak overnight. Whatever it is it is in the coin. Any additional thoughts would be appreciated.
