Found this cool penny digging through my change jar. I think it's a 1993 but not positive. Also missing I in liberty. On the reverse, the initials FG are barely there. Cool coin I think.

It does look like a 1993 and it is a worn die issue.

The 1st photo looks like there is a bulge on the right side of the coin which makes me think a worn die issue...think Ridge Ring kind of thing.
