It looks as good (IMHO) as the posted PCGS pictures. Maybe obverse strike is slightly weaker but the reverse strike is better than the PCGS posted pictures. At least we can see all the steps

It looks like there might be some small hits in the obverse fields but it's hard to tell much from these pictures.

Could be approaching MS67. Lighting doesn't quite help.

in order to justify grading this coin would need to pull a 69. the obv strike is not there. the top of the hair is not fully struck as well as the upper part of the lapel. all of the 68's+ I found the obv strike is solid. reverse is quite nice. the glare from lighting is not helping to determine if there are marks on the shoulder or lower part of the lapel

i'll put it in the MS67RD bucket.
