By date position has to be N-11,26,27. Leaning towards N-26 which is R5- in latest Grellman book. vf-20ish? Other guesses on N# are welcome. https://www.ebay.com/itm/256099767378

I'll say VF-25.

Conservative F15, may squeeze VF20. Based on date position I came up with N-11, 26,27 as well. I think I can make out the lump between R and T in LIBERTY. Going to come down to the reverse, which may need some xylene (or your preferred solvent) around ONE CENT for additional markers. I'd lean N-26 as well, maybe N-11 next. Can't make out the point on the T from N-27. Could be anything hiding under that build up in ONE CENT though .

Regardless, it's an R3+, R5-, or R4+. Nice find either way!
