I can determine if this is doubled stampped or machining. on the last picture its more flat like machineing, but the signature looks rounded and split at the base of the R and the right side of the G. this is the first coin I seen like this in 18 rolls.
And there are a lot of small issues with the 2023 Edith (if I'm correct). I have found multiple dye chips. I have a stack of chips on both washingtons nose and ediths
also, if you look under the O in the last pic you can see the start of the die chip that turns into the "extra island". I've seen a collector on you tube refer to the final error as extra island. Not sure if that ever became anything for this coin yet.
it appears to be MD - I see some characteristic step-like appearance of the devices. I also note that what you are pointing out is going in several, opposite directions - which is not possible with doubling.
