I messaged them on Facebook. Encouraging reply, "We've got two big updates in the works that must be released in unison, so that's half things up. We posted a bunch of images updates yesterday and there'll be a fair number of price list updates on the next few days."
I am a software developer as well and can understand the time it takes having two updates at once and ensuring both work together in an upgrade. I give them a big plus for taking the time to ensure it goes well.
