I know sometimes it's hard to detect whether a coin has Machine Doubling or DDO, and this is one of those times. it seems as though there is a lot of flattening on the letters suggesting this could be a DDO, and DDR coin. Just asking

This looks like some DDD here - I can see radial flow lines on the fields.
