[size=2]I know it's in rough shape but what do you think for the FS 901?

I don't think that this a re-engraved tail feather quarter.

In the VV Example, you can see the engraving lines quite clearly, and that the engraving also went through the arrow bundle.

If you look closely it appears they do go through the arrow bundle.

Sorry, what you show me is the arrows and the eagle grips. The re-engraved are on the feather tail and the re-engraving occur on each of the feathers of the tail on the right side of feather as you see.. Hope you learn this variety now.

Thanks Silvio

I might have to buck everyone on this one. My late die state example had lost most of the re-engraving to die wear. The op's coin does show possible re-engraving at the second talon from our left.
Here is a pic of the one I found d to compare.

Thanks for the input guys, and yes I know the re engraving goes through the tail feathers I was just responding to them not additionally going through the arrow bundle. Does anyone know of any other die marks to help identify this variety?

I like the look of the far left engraved line. The ones on the far right I'm not exactly sure what the red arrows are pointing to as I see 2 lines appearing to go further up than they are supposed to. I know these are hard to image but better images would help. The remaining pick up points are as shown in Variety Vista, Die scratches on the obverse but the wear may be to much to show the detail. There are similar die scratches that should be running in a forward slash shape "through the mint mark" area. There are subtle areas in which die polish marks should be discerned despite wear, on the reverse in what I refer to as the crevices.
