does this note have a small premium above face I usually keep all star notes I can afford.

i was just wondering if this has a small premium because of the serial number I dont think it is anything special but I like the serial number it is series 2001

This is one of those "If you can afford to keep it, keep it." It may be worth more some day, but probably not much today; at least not enough to cover the cost of selling it.

I would not keep that note because the serial number is way to high especially for a star note.
