Greetings, now this looks like PMD from some other event outside of the mint, I don`t see the Blakesley Effect and the rim near the clip itself should gently fade into the clip , instead there is a ridge along the clipped area.
The design elements near the clip should also appear to stretch into the missing area of the clipped planchet But they are crowded by uplifted metal.
I`m not on Team Clip this time around

Yep, that's another term that's used to describe damage. Basically means the same thing as PMD.

If it was a clip it would have the same arc as the outside diameter of a quarter. This has too small of an arc of any coin.
