Dutch-Tigger Valued Member United States 301 Posts	Posted 06/25/2023 8:29 pm Greetings, now this looks like PMD from some other event outside of the mint, I don`t see the Blakesley Effect and the rim near the clip itself should gently fade into the clip , instead there is a ridge along the clipped area. The design elements near the clip should also appear to stretch into the missing area of the clipped planchet But they are crowded by uplifted metal.
