mushy strike very common on these 60's LMC's. some of those marks on the shoulder and lapel are die related and you see these a lot. I think the coin is MS. MS64RB maybe MS65RB

Panzaidi thanks for that info. TO me this would be a high Au but if the nicks on the lapel and shoulder are likely from the die then a MS 63.

second look on this one badthad. I think your grade of MS63RB is much closer to what it should be. I'm not seeing any signs of circulation

Thanks all!

I like it as a 64. It's has no major hits or distractions but the toning is a blotchy and luster is weak. Nonetheless, it's a cool toner and in my collection now!
