Don't like the spotting and the frosted edge at the bottom of the bust. If I found it roll searching it would have gone right back in the roll for returning, IMHO.

the obv strike is a tad weak for a 67 grade. the ones I have seen are overall sharper. the steps seem to be a problem across the board especially the middle steps even on 67's. even 68's have a few of those spots in the surfaces. not sure this one can make 66 just too much spotting on both sides. I would call it MS65RD+

I'd say MS66, could probably be 67 if it weren't for all the carbon spotting on the reverse.

Water/rinse spotting is big problem for the ultra moderns. It's been my observation that the TPG's will sometimes be quite forgiving of hits if a coin is nearly free of water spots. For the 2009 issues it seemed like they graded purely on the intensity of the spotting.

I like this coin as a 66 myself! It looks GREAT in hand!
