What is up with the US Mint? Never in my 63 years have I seen such absolute lack of feeling for a customer base.
They sell items that they don't have, and even when they do have them, you still wait for 2 to 3 weeks for shipment.
If any other business was this slow at shipping they would be out of business. O Ya I forgot they are a monopoly and don't care.
If you don't like the way they do things so what.
Thanks for letting me vent.

I know the felling. I placed an order over a month ago. It's finally getting shipped today. I have less faith in the mint fulfilling my orders in a appropriate amount of time.

I understand, I ordered the Lincoln commemorative proof and mint coins on 3/04 and they still haven't shipped. I ordered the high-relief gold coin on 3/16 and it came today (3/24). I thought it would be the other way around.

I think its more pychology, intuition on the mints part you see the longer one has to wait for a shipment the less chance they will return the coin to the mint do to defects and have to wait another 3 weeks or more for it theres a method here and it works and the mint knows that ! I bet they get way less returns on coins since theyve figured that out.theres a reason for the wait.
Rest in Peace
