Here's one I needed to check off the list. Got it for around $130. They are harder to find in 64 imo. There is obvious weakness on both sides. Thanks for looking!

NGC had a funny way to list that on the label. "struck on 10C thickness stock" It is not a dime planchet though. Probably a rolled thin quarter stock. Too heavy for a dime, but light for a quarter. Or was a quarter planchet cut from dime stock? That could account for the mid weight of it.

Absolutely Dearborn it's struck on dime stock. It was a very common thing that run.

Nice pickup! I actually bought a circulated one off of ebay for like 30 something dollars. The seller knew it was an error, but didn't know what kind of error it was. Kind of a cherrypick.

I do not see reverse well to state but I think it is RDV-007 which it is rare.
